Channel Sales Executive

Lewisville, TX

The Channel Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding Vested Networks’ reach by partnering with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Master Agents, and Value-Added Resellers (VARs). This individual will drive new business within their assigned territory/vertical and is expected to prospect, build relationships, and close deals through a combination of strategic outreach and collaborative partnerships. 

Support Technician - Tier One

Lewisville, TX

As a Tier One VoIP Support Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot network and VoIP issues, and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. This role offers opportunities for growth, hands-on technical experience, and exposure to advanced VoIP technologies.   

Systems Administrator

Lewisville, TX

 The System Administrator plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing Vested Networks’ infrastructure. This individual will be responsible for server administration, network performance, Tier 3 support, and ensuring overall system reliability. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Sales Executive

Lewisville, TX

The Sales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for prospecting & selling new business within their assigned territory. The Sales AE can work independently with personal drive and a proven track record of closing sales and exceeding sales targets. We are looking for the best of the best; someone with a phenomenal work ethic, a contagious personality, and a can-do attitude. The Sales AE must be able to adopt the company’s structured sales process to generate results that contribute to our business growth. The Sales AE reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Customer Retention Representative

Lewisville, TX

The Customer Retention Representative plays a key role in maintaining relationships with our Vested Networks clients. This position is responsible for making outbound calls, following up with clients (new and established), making connections to check in, educating clients on updated Vested Networks products, tracking retention metrics, and documenting details from those conversations in our CRM while setting reminders for future follow-ups. This position is also responsible for resolving issues and working to renew contracts, turning clients into long-term partners, and often collaborating with sales and support staff.
